ARCHITECT Project Manager - CDI

The specificity of the agency leads us to design the architectural envelope as well as interiors and furniture. Training as an architect essential (DPLG, DE or HMONP), but able and interested in following all the scales of a project: building, interior and design, all with a high level of creative requirement.

The candidate must have knowledge of all phases of a project (from concept to construction) and the ability to manage project development independently, preferably with experience of projects abroad.

Knowledge of BIM is appreciated.

You will be involved in the development of a large-scale, international architectural project.

You will be required to travel abroad.

- Concrete experience of the different phases of a project for clients in the high-end sector (hotels, restaurants, private individuals, luxury boutiques)

- Good understanding and assimilation of studio language

- Excellent command of software: Rhino / Archicad / Autocad / Photoshop / In Design

- Experience in team management

- Fluid communication with all project contacts (from customer, to engineer, to fitter...).

- Schedule management

English and French (written & spoken) imperative

Open-ended contract, 3-month trial period, renewable
