The Studio is recruiting its future Junior Materials and FF&E Assistant.
Interior architect - Junior Materials and FF&E Assistant
Job & assignments
Reporting to the FF&E Materials and Prescriptions Manager, the role will be to assist her in researching materials and deploying FF&E dossiers for the Studio's projects in France and abroad: private residences, hotels, restaurants, etc.
- Helping to update the materials library and the FF&E database,
- Updating the various directories linked to these activities,
- Proposing and organising meetings with various suppliers/artists + Visiting trade fairs,
- Participating in the production of FF&E and Materials files according to the project phases (APS, APD),
- Helping to source materials and FF&E for projects:
o Selecting materials, organising materials boxes, ordering samples, etc.
o Selection of furniture / lighting / equipment / accessories.
Profile
− Training in interior architecture or decoration,
− Sensitivity to materials,
− Highly organised, responsive and curious.
