INTERIOR ARCHITECT - PROJECT LEADER

The candidate must be familiar with all phases of a project (from concept to construction) and be capable of managing project development within a team. A strong background in international projects, high-end hospitality/restaurants, and luxury private residences is required.

You will be involved in the development of a large-scale international interior architecture project, such as a luxury hospitality project.

You will be responsible for managing a team of 3 to 4 people.

The Project Manager will be required to travel internationally.

-  Solid experience in the various phases of a project for high-end clients (hotels, restaurants, private residences, luxury boutiques)
-  Strong understanding and assimilation of the studio’s design language
-  Excellent command of software: AutoCAD / Photoshop / InDesign / 3D software
-  Team management experience preferred
-  Ability to communicate effectively with all project stakeholders (clients, engineers, contractors, etc.)
-  Strong project planning and scheduling skills

LANGUAGES
Fluent English and French (written & spoken) are mandatory.

OFFER
Permanent contract (CDI) with a 3-month renewable trial period.
